Day rates include:


  • Use of ballroom, main house, caterers kitchen, dining area, and residential kitchen.


  • Bridal suite with private restroom.


  • Entire second floor quarters, consisting of an entertainment room with 70” tv, pool table, changing room, and restroom.


  • All exterior areas (pool decking, barn exterior, pond, gardens, patio, gazebos, etc).


  • Tables and chairs, as needed, including initial set up.


  • Assortment of decor items at no additional charge.


  • Use of baby grand piano.

2 DAY

Available to clients who wish to reserve the day before their event for additional set up time, a rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner.

+ ALCOHOL

additional $250


This is a one-time non-refundable fee to serve alcohol on the premises. There's no fee for wine and champagne.


Alcohol not included in fee. Licensed bartender required.

25% of the total rental price is required to secure a date. 50% if reservation is made within 90 days of event.

All events are subject to a $500 refundable security deposit due one week prior to event date..

Due to ongoing demand, dates cannot be held without payment.


Any date that falls on a holiday or holiday weekend is subject to Saturday rates. 

Hourly rates available for select days.
